Delivery and Collection Details​

Home-Delivery

• All customers are able to book delivery 7 days a week.
• We deliver later to Frome on Fridays and Saturdays, doing so up until 11pm.
• We will deliver all our products direct to your door. 
• To help keep everyone safe during these times we perform non-contact deliveries!
• All payments need to be made online for this purpose!
• We want to get this spot on so bear with the phased introduction!

• You welcome to air blow a kiss of love to our awesome delivery personnel.

Self-Collection

• We’ve introduced a same day collection service with social distancing rules!
• Yes, we are sticking yellow tape all over the place and its not to play hopscotch 
• Yes, you going to be herded through, but we will air hug you at the same time!
• You are able to order and pre-order all week long.

Delivery Containers

• We use ice cooled www.kangabox.com to transport your product fully chilled and sealed.
• We do offer our drivers food so they should not be tempted to munchie your food on the way!

Our drivers are all kitted with hand sanitiser and masks
